I got to jump rope and eat english muffin pizzas, but the best part was interacting with the children. The camp functions to create “a safe and caring community where young people from at-risk environments discover a sense of belonging and a passion for life.” Seeing the mission statement in action was inspiring. I can’t say enough good things about the people there.  And if you’re looking for a wedding venue, why not do it at camp? Tater-tots make great hors d’oeuvres.
