People from all over the country descended on Gloucester for their beautiful celebration on the water. I took the first three. Yoon Byun’s photos of our first wedding and rehearsal dinner follow (except for the one photo I took of my father explaining a life insurance policy purchased for me when I was a child that needed to be transfered over to me now that I’m a married man. I had been married for only a few hours. Welcome to the Johnson household!) Jason Johns took all the rest from our second wedding and reception at the Exchange Conference Center in South Boston (we got ready at the wonderful Seaport Hotel). Whew! What a weekend.

It really was an amazing time to celebrate with our friends and family. More fun than I had imagined it would be, but it’s nice to be back to life as normal. Or as normal as it ever was. Wedding season is underway here at Channing Johnson Photography, and I’m excited to start documenting weddings again with a whole new appreciation and perspective.
